The communication was very clear and everything was explained thoroughly.
Received communication from 2 different ppl. Sometimes the information was different. Wasnt sure who was in charge of my loan. Good to have all the help. Just a little confusing at times
Our refinance was nice and smooth. Everything was handled fine, not too happy with the overall fees but that's probably the same everywhere.
Made the process so easy for me despite having multiple applicants on my loan. Thank you
