Not responding much in the beginning
All of the staff included in the process were amazingly helpful and responsive! I also love the hand drawn holiday cards! Love Eric’s team! Thank you!
Everyone responded back to me quickly and answered all of my questions. I asked a lot of questions and I also feel like, with Johanna, I had a real person behind the line. I also appreciated that they helped me find a grant.
