I was really pleased with service at the beginning, but I don’t think I was handed over to the best associate. And when there was a problem, I had to send message after message for information.
Buying our first home meant we had tons of questions. It was great having someone available to answer all of our questions whenever we had them!
Quick response time informative helpful and patient. Professional and made the experience very easy. Thank you so much.
The team was in constant contact with me and made sure all bases were covered for the closing of the house. They were very personable and easy to talk to. I did not feel that I was 'bothering' them when I had questions on numbers and paperwork....
