Communication
Eric called to touch base and make sure I didn't have any questions and concerns. The Lady at the title company told me that Eric was very prompt at getting her things when asked.

Communication...we were out of the loop numerous times...secondary loan personnel talked way too fast in Faurway-speak for us to understand much of what she was saying.
Sent letters to credit bureaus to improve my credit score so i'd be able to qualify for a mortgage...really above and beyond!
