Jose was great but other support personnel from Cardinal was terrible - behind, errors made, delays- confusion, etc. Made this much harder and longer than what was needed. This loan refi could have easily been accomplished in < 30 days. Instead took over 3 months !! Had to contact Jose often almost daily at one point for him to rectify.
