Communication and transparency. Respecting the wishes of the clients. There is a laundry list of things that could have been provided to make the experience pleasant.
The amount of communication I got was extremely helpful to my first home buying experience
Eric and his team were as eager as I to buy our first home. Due to covid-19 all of our communication and document transfer had to be done over the phone or electronically, they were responsive and helpful.
