Good line of communication of the team. The app was pretty handy although I had some difficulties with it but Brian went out of his a couple of times to drop off paper copies at my house. Overall I thought it was really easy process.
Very thorough from start to finish. He and his team worked patiently with us while we got everything we needed and got our refinance closed in a timely manner. Great experience over all and he was always available to answer questions.
