He's an old friend of mine. Very courtious and enjoys doing this job. It's a tough market to work in. From underwriting to high goverment regulations. He stuck with it and developed his relationships with his agents and customers.

On several occasions I was told how busy they were because of "high volume of loans." I understand that people are busy, but there were misses and delays that were unacceptable (appraisal, CD, etc). Those items were basic steps in a closing....
