I had a short timeframe for my closing. Mark said he could meet this timeframe and stuck to his word. I had constant communication throughout the whole process and it was as smooth as I could have expected.
Kept me updated, and stayed on target.
Shame I did not to meet him in person and comment on his great English(?) accent.
When we had questions they were responded to with in the hour by phone or questions we would email overnight we’re answered the next day
