Bill is very helpful and typically has very quick response time no matter the time of day. Bill tries to explain processes and keep the client informed each step of the way. The new portal is also very helpful to upload requested documents.

Denise made the process very easy and stress free. She is very friendly and was always available for any questions we might have. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home loan. I could not be pleased more.
