Great communication, kept us updated through the entire process. Very easy to submit items to him. Followed through with email and phone if an item was needed.
We had a bad experience with another bank, they just could not seem to get things done in a timely manner and had bad communication skills. We took the advice from our realtor Lupe and she was right everything went so much smoother and faster....
