This was my first time buying property. Heather took away all of my anxieties about the experience by clearly walking us through each step and answering my many questions.

I had a hard time understanding and following what was being said due to the lack of knowledge of the material. He was able to explain some of the material to me, but a lot of the time I felt extremely overwhelmed during the process.
