Very prompt response to all items and pro-active anything that needed to be in place prior to closing. Overall we had a very positive experience with Dawn at Fairway Mortgage.
Dawn made securing our mortgage smooth. She and her team communicated frequently with us and were specific in asking for the documentation we needed and kept us apprised of the status. Our closing happened without any issues.
With all the moving parts we were dealing with in moving from Illinois and temporary housing, it was great to have a team on top of all the needed items and timing. The team was also very responsive to all our requests which made the process...
