Mobile Notary services in USA would have saved me an expensive trip to accommodate closing. Prima Title company does mobile notary. You may consider using them for out-of-town closings.
It would have been helpful for all communication to go through one person. At a certain point in the process, it seemed we had 3 people asking for the same information.
