    There were times in the process where we had special issues that we needed help with and Kelli always came through for us. We wouldn't have been able to get the purchase to the finish line of not for her!

    I would have liked more communication and explanation of some of the papers being signed, being this was new to us. But, anytime I call with a question she would answer.
