Everyone was really friendly, helpful and responsive...especially when we had t move dates around when my family and I had COVID. It was really easy to submit all the necessary docs as well.

Appraisal was out of everyone’s control
Sharla and her team were very quick to communicate with us and explain our options. We appreciate how flexible they were when we ran into obstacles. Their readiness to be persistent and proactive made our refinance a success!
