He was quick to respond and would provide updates and worked with me to find a solution which allow approval for my loan, he also set realistic standards of approval & continued to work for me all the way to closing.
Vinh was very helpful during the lending process from start to end. He was always available by phone or e-mail, and made an emphasis to be at closing to ensure that any questions that would arise could be answered.
