I just wanted to Thank Vinh Tran and his staff so very much for everything they did through the loan process of my in-laws reverse mortgage. Vinh was very patient and helpful, and was very good at explaining the loan process at the closing.

Orlando was very informative and was always working hard to help us through the process (Including re-running a pre-approval letter on a Saturday to adjust the amount). The fact that he was personable was also a bonus.
