To me, communication is key. This team has always been outstanding in that field and I just love the overall smoothness of each transaction.
Prompt responses to my questions, and to the few wrinkles that came up during the process. The web tool for submitting the documents and application, the frequent explanations of what comes next/next steps, etc.
It was fairly easy on my end and I felt there was a good flow of communication.
The communication was clear, concise and as needed. There wasn't excessive exchanges, but we were never "alone" in the process. The entire team is also very personable as well as knowledgeable!
