I appreciated the ability to work in person with Shelley and when we hit a road block Brian had a back up plan to finish the refinance.
Overall everything step-by-step in completing the paperwork and how it was handled was thorough and a very great experience in communicating with everyone throughout the whole process.
Brian provided me with my options and delivered exactly what he said he was going to do.
