Quick response time, took the time to truly explain everything to us as first time homebuyers, felt like you were always available for us if needed, always kept us in the loop with great communication.

Michelle helped my get my loan even when there were hiccups in the road. The previous loan office just gave up on me before I even started but michelle helped get me all the way through my closing date without giving up
