No coronavirus I guess. Out of the 3 times I used you all this was the most complicated. The underwriting process was very complicated this time. A lot of back and forth basically on the same issue.
You persuaded us to give you a chance to beat Wells Fargo’s rate, which you did. Then you provided an insurance agent who offered us a number of good options with great rates. If that wasn’t enough, you shaved thirteen days off our closing....
