Prompt, knowledgable, able to explain things in layman's terms. Had the feeling you were looking out for us, not just "selling" a loan.
Pierce and team were clear and communicative and very responsive to my questions
Overall it was good. I got updated rates which was lower than the original rate I got.
Ted has a positive attitude and above anything he has the knowledge to make things happen. Ted definitely goes above and beyond.

Excellent communication and easy access online processing.
It was overall an incredibly smooth and easy process. Pierce was super personable knowledgeable.
He persistently worked to make it happen. Everything would have been great if he had communicated timely for what was needed.
