Didn't feel rushed or pressured when making loan decisions and felt like Caleb had my interests in mind. Quick time to close sealed the deal against Chase who could have provided a slightly better rate.

Everything about the process felt really smooth, even with us getting wires from F&F. Didn't need to provide a ton a docs, not a lot of back and forth, etc.
