There was a transition where my primary loan officer who I worked with during the loan process was pulled from the transaction without much/any warning
Matt gave his best effort to ensure we got the best financing possible. His constant communication kept us involved which made the entire process very easy.

Everyone was very friendly. At times I just felt a little overwhelmed because it seemed like there were so many people involved in the process. I realize they were handling various items, but it just seemed excessive to me.
