His availability was great. Whenever we had a question he was available. He always got back to us right away. We knew there were going to be challenges. He was always positive. He looked at the weaknesses as opportunities.

Matt is very knowledgeable and helped me throughout the entire loan process. I was purchasing a condominium and the steps were a bit more complicated than buying a home and his expertise came in handy.
