You all made the process easy and bent over backwards nearly to help us make this happen. You also explained things really clearly and doing this for the first time that was much appreciated.
Constant communication with the team
Jeremy and Tabitha were available to answer questions even outside of business hours. Everything handled electronically.
Lots of transparency and consistent contact throughout. Though the loan changed a lot from what we expected initially, it was very obviously in our best interest.
