    It suppose to have document check list for customer to complete paperwork easier and save a lot of time.

    We had a lot of unexpected hurdles to overcome. But Dottie worked her tail off to overcome each hurdle. So was very satisfied with her personal hard work. The process was just way more of a hassle then first led to believe.
