The process got stalled in underwriting and closing was delayed a week. Matt and Jennie were great throughout the delay but ultimately the property did not close on time which means I can't give a 'great' review on the process/experience.

Mike was there for us and got us through when another lender couldn't
Where other brokers failed to help us, we were helped and closed on our house when we where supposed to. Very friendly, I would recommend bay equity, and a huge thank you to Mike!
When our loan fell through with another lender, Mike got it done, at a lower price and interest rate and faster than I could have asked for. He was there for all of my questions and concerns and kept our spirits up throughout the whole process....
