Better communication
Sarah was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She keep me updated constantly and had a warm, professional approach that was greatly appreciated.
She delayed the overall closing and end up having frustration at the very end. Came to know about additional $2000 at the very end. Her overall process was the worst experience to us.
