The communication and the willingness to answer and and all questions made it a great experience.
Not your fault. The paperwork requirements were egregious and the slow appraisals were a pain.
Be on the same page as team, would get 2 emails minutes apart from two team members with differant information on same subject. Only knew of final terms days before closing.
