You guys seemed on top of things for the most part and kept giving us the information we needed to keep stepping ahead in the process. Everyone was polite in their interactions.
Lack of communication. Seller was to be at closing and he nor us were informed. Received a whole but if emails from different people asking for documents to be signed and had no idea what I was signing.
