I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We want you to know that it's important for us to deliver excellent service, and we take your review seriously.
This is first time using a mortgage broker and not brick and mortar bank and will be last time. We were out of State buyers and had nothing but issues . Sara did not have any accountability whatsoever for errors made and poor communication....

Sarah and her team were always very easy to reach and helped us make this happen. We had a couple of hiccups along the way but they made it work and were able to get us into our home.
