I found there seem to be a problem what communication between AFN and lawyers offices, which led to holdups with the process. It being my first time doing this, made it stressful.

Paperwork was exhausting! This is not a reflection of Sarah's performance, but rather the underwriting process itself. One thing that would make the entire experience better would be for realtors, lenders and attorneys to use the same terms...
