At closing the underwriters asked for more paperwork last minute which ended up putting closing back about a week when they had reviewed my loan multiple times before. Just frustrating
The loan officer Sarah Adam's was very good at explaining the terms of the loan and very patient through the whole process. We were satisfied with how our loan was handled in a timely manner. Thank you for your help Mercedes
