Not just Sara, but the lack of communication started with the first loan officer. I had better communication and understanding with the loan processor. I had little interaction with Sara at all, so this survey is pointless to me.

Sara was very patient and communicative with my client who had many needs and was very nervous about the process. Sara did an awesome job.
The transaction closed, and all parties are thrilled we performed as well as we did. That's all that matters!
