Coordination with the lawyers. There were multiple parcels involved in this deal, things got confused and delayed.

Sara is the proud mother of one son Parker and a menagerie of pets at home she treats like extra children. Within the Greater Binghamton Board of Realtors, she has been involved in many committees and currently chairs the Program and Banquet Committee.
