Things where great when we worked with Abby but after she left it was radio silence. I left multiple messages that went unanswered. The only reason we stayed was the builder credit and a desire not to start over .
Sanj was very helpful and guided us through our very specific and somewhat obscure project needs. He was easy to communicate with and prompt with advice and support.
