Raised in Los Angeles, Sandy has lived and worked in various cities within the county from central Los Angeles to the Antelope Valley. Growing up in a multi-ethnic and multi-lingual family, Sandy learned the value of speaking both Spanish and English and has passed on this value to her children. Currently, Sandy resides in the San Fernando Valley with her husband and two teenage boys, who attend dual Immersion schools, and she gives new meaning to the term "soccer mom." By residing in various neighborhoods and traversing the streets to soccer practice, games and tournaments, Sandy has a unique viewpoint of the Los Angeles area and its surrounding cities. Sandy became inspired to enter the field of real estate after her first home purchase in 2001. She was passionately involved in every aspect of the buying process, including the search, the offer writing, the home inspection, and the closing, and she knew that working in real estate was her calling. Over the last decade, Sandy has had the honor to help over 200 clients find their dream homes. She has worked with bank-owned REOs, short-sale properties, builder-built homes, and standard sales. Sandy makes her clients' needs a top priority and adjusts the buying process to meet their desires. For every client, the buying process has moments of stress and heightened emotions, and Sandy sees it as her mission to help reduce the stress and anxiety that the process may cause. For her sellers, the decade of buyer's agent experience helps Sandy to interpret the market and provide a counter perspective.
