Sandy was very responsive when we had questions and got back to us quickly. When we uploaded documents they were looked at promptly and any extra documents or information was requested quickly as well.

Sandy was wonderful. We are older and not comfortable with doing things electronically. She was so patient with us and walked us through every step and was very patient and respectful. Would always recommend her!!
