This is the 3rd mortgage I have with Sam, he is personable, knowledgeable, and hardworking. I will use Sam for as long as he is working! He made this particularly challenging refinance a breeze.
Sam was very communicative and quickly responded to any questions we had. His team worked very efficiently and communicated very clearly as well. As a result the process went very smoothly.

Sam was a huge help with our original mortgage even though we ultimately didn’t use movement mortgage. It was only fitting that we were able to refinance with him a few years later.
It took a very long time to make this work and had it been done quickly, I believe my interest rate would have been lower. All in all I’m happy to have it behind me. Sam was great.
