Online process and good communication . I wish the level of documentation needed by underwriters for self-employed individuals was better (felt excessive), however that has nothing to do with Sam and his team.

Amazing communication and availability to answer any and all questions. Was able to explain everything in easy to understand terms and walk us through any issues that needed attention.
Sam was great to work with! He was very communicative and took the time to explain anything I was confused about.
