We had a very short time frame in which to close, about 2 weeks. The buyer provided all the required information and we closed on time! Sam was very responsive from start to finish! Awesome job!

Awesome to work with and this was a loan that had to be flipped from Chase and closed in a short time frame.. Only problem was the last minute underwriter requirements needed from my out of town seller. Would have appreciated more time on this--again...
