    I like communication at least weekly to know what is happening with the file. If those communications were provided and they did not make it to me, I apologize, and my score would improve; however, I did not get regular updates.

    I have worked with Sam twice and both times have been great experiences. Sam is prompt and does a great explaining the information. He makes the process as seamless as possible and I would highly recommend him.
