Great experience as first time homebuyer. Sam was always available for communication, he made what could be a stressful process simple and seamless. If I buy any other residential or investment properties, Sam will be my first call.

Sam was great to work with! He was flexible and was able to break things down easily for me. Then he made sure I was in my budget and bought something reasonable which I appreciated!
