Sam was great to work with! He took the time to go through multiple scenarios with me and was great about answering any questions I had in a timely manner.
Sam is available- he will create pre-qualification/approval forms quickly, responds to questions on call or text, and is knowledgable on real costs to purchase a home (this is key). Hope to work together again soon!
