The AmeriSave team was slow in their response times and lacked clarity and transparency throughout the process, which involved multiple unclear instructions and delayed updates. This overall experience was very disappointing.

i have 16 emails, 10 text messages, and multiple phone calls. I was not late, in fact I was quick to respond and submit paperwork. I don't like being hiunded hounded like that. I appreciate expediency, but I do not appreciate antagonistic behavior....
