Honestly, at first I felt a little rushed, but when I explained I needed time, he understood and supported me and walked with me through the process. Very helpful!

Sam was rude and very pushy. He spoke over me during almost every conversation. He did not listen to what I was saying and when he didn't get the answers from me that he wanted , he ended the conversation.
