Very good communication throughout the process. We're overseas so that made good communication even more important. Being able to esign many documents was very helpful - I wish we could have done that with our closing documents.

The team was so patient with me in dealing with my condo which took a long time to sell and were willing to keep me on the short term step up loan till my condo sold. Sam and her team are so compasionate and understanding.

Great communication and help. Only downside was the escrow company, Stewart Title was kinda awful. So maybe don't use them again!

Service was completed in a speedy manner. Friendly folks to work with. My only complain is missing the personal connection, by completing the process over the computer or phone.
