I have used Sam's services on multiple home buying transactions. Sam is extremely thorough and helps me get the best deal possible. I would highly reccomend Sam to a friend as well as use him again in the future.
Sam and his team not only got me a great rate based on the current average, he got the building I was trying to buy in VA approved in 3 weeks(Which is crazy) so I saved over 300 a month in PMI. I highly recommend him!!!
